Trauma Center Under the Knife - Problem loading scene

Somehow the first operation won't start. I'm stuck on the screen where it says "Operation Score", "Miss Limit", "Time Limit".

I tried pressing every button possible but it still doesn't work. Do I have to click on something?

What are you playing it on, emulator or flashcart? Which one?

 

I think he is working on an emulator. 'Do I have to click on something?' He is using a mouse, I think so.

 

I'd say no$gba, there's been some trouble running Under the Knife on it. Some cases.

 

Trauma Center II can't seem to load on my R4 for some reason. It says " Could not access the data. Please turn off power and reinsert DS card." Tried it several times but it still doesn't work. Is there a certain update I need in order to play it? :-\ Cause I remembered having the same problem with another game and a friend of mine just transfered something into the R4 and all's well. Please help!

Best to give them the full link Jin http://www.linfoxdomain.com/nintendo/ds/. The R4 Trimmer is a very basic program which trims ROMs of their unneeded or redundant data (the extra data wasted when dumping). Don't worry about the Transformer. Just download R4_v1.18_English.zip etc.

God dammit, can't people click Nintendo DS at the top of the screen?

When you press Nintendo DS, there's a list of flashcards. You just need to select the card you have. It even says which is the newest firmware next to R4 DS, it's just clicking it then downloading! Pretty damn forward, for God's sake!
