Transferring my save file from my DSI-XL to pc Questions.

    Hello, I'm wondering if its possible to send my save file of my legit Heart gold to my PC, I want to take the game data and save file off the card and back it up to my Acekard.
    I currently have a DSI-XL.

    You can dump DS game saves using backup tools.
    I'm not 100% sure that they work on Heart Gold/Soul Silver though. I remember hearing that something had changed and they didn't work on those games.

    You can try it though, go to www.linfoxdomain.com/ds and check under essential utilities. You need a Slot 1 flashcart, and a DS Lite. A Slot 2 card or a wireless connection and a FTP setup on a computer.

    Last I knew, the dumping tools didn't work on the DSi/DSiXL though. Only the DS Phat and Lite.
