i want to get stronger and proove that im not useless.

i want a list of gear (don't over do it, i have little savings) or tell me everything and ill pick and what each does will be helpful

i have to become stronger than sasuke and more skilled even stronger than Naruto, Sai, Kakashi, lee, Neji, Hinata, Narutos dad, Jaraiya, third hokage and much more oh and tsunadai, and ryu hyuasuma <-- i think i spelt it right.

i wont say Goku and all cause that is beyond belief hehe. (well for now) :)

reason why i cant find out on my own is that all links on google lead to buying and selling and all look weird and new, so you might guess but I'm new to that stuff, i depended on a ball before, but now 100 steps forward right?

    ill be very grateful

You need a Parabolic Time Chamber from Capsle Corp. Contact Bulma Briefs, or maybe even Dr. Briefs himself, for more information.

Or... just buy a used weight bench from your local gym or something.

Before he mastered flight, Goku strapped giant rocks to his back and limbs, and trained that way to increase strength and jumping height. (Dragon Ball. He trained with the turtle hermit) Samurai Jack did the same. (Episode 14, I believe)

The trick though, is not falling into water while trying this.

the way i must train is with my sensai... he did not allow me to put his name.

he suggests starting to run and sprint half a day
then move up to holding rocks and then we train at the SUN!

I think you mean Sensei ;)

running/sprinting won't exercise your upper body strength, for that I suggest push-ups and/or chin ups (you need a chinning bar for that, they don't cost much and they screw into a door frame)
