Wait what? I would say the only Eevee you had worth trading was the shiny one, as regular Eevee's can be captured no problem at all in D/P/Pt. But eh, if i could get wifi to work on my DS i would probably trade a Suicune for it, but i can't get it to work! Pointless post from me
