That's for PS2 (the good ones).

    For N64, Banjo-Kazooie and Banjo-Tooie, Donkey Kong 64, and Episode I - Racer.

Banjo is hardly underrated. Same with Zombies Ate My Neighbors, it's a game that I always hear mentioned.

Mischief Makers for the N64, and any Rare game in between DKC3 and Goldeneye (ie, Blast Corps and Jet Force Gemini).

Jade Cacoon for PS1 is a highly under-rated game. It's an RPG that was released right at the time when Pokemon was taking the world by storm, sadly the effects of Pokemon made Jade Cacoon practically invisible to many gamers.

Give it a try if you're a fan of Monster-RPG games.

A lot of games that were launched together with the Big Star ones (FF's, Pokemon's, etc).

    Rock'n'Roll Racing \m/ (SNES)
Go to hell Top Gear 3

Most games by Falcon are good and underrated. To bad they never get translated.

For the SNES, I suggest you play:

    Treasure Hunter G
    Treasures of the Rudras
Madou Monogatari (but read my review on it first) -> http://forum.romulation.net/index.php?topic=9007.msg91252#msg91252
    Gunple: Gunman's Proof
    Der Langrisser
    Mystic Ark
    Lennus 2
    Paladin's Quest
    E.V.O: The search for eden
    Robotrek

    For the FamiCom:

    Madara
    Bio Senshi Dan
Hyaku no Sekai no Monogatari - The Tales on a Watery Wilderness
    Wai Wai World 1 & 2
Akumajou Special - Boku Boku Dracula Kun
    Kick Master
    Radia Senki - Reimei Hen
    Chuka Taisen
Destiny of an Emperor & its sequel Tenchi o Kurau II - Shokatsu Koumei Den
    Dragon Scroll - Yomigaerishi Maryuu

And oh, you better know of RHDN & of applying IPS Patches to enjoy several of these Gems ^_A

Super Smash Bros. (VERY surprised nobody suggested it...)

And many more...just the ones that came up to me :p
