Because genetically and logically only Asians who born as Asian or who can look as Asian while Asians make Anime characters based on Asians own facial & body form, based on almond shaped Asian eyes, small Asian nose, round Asian face, sharp Asian jaw, smallish Asian body form and youthfull Asian appearance. As you can see, compared to westerners Asians make Anime characters based on Asian's :
- Almond shaped eyes while westerners born with deep set eyes that sink into their western head.
- Small nose while westerners born with loooong nose.
- Cute round face while westerners born with boney square face that make those westerners never can't look cute as cute as Asians.
- Sharp jaw while westerners born with square jaw that shows their masculinity which are the opposite of Anime character's femininity.
- Smallish body form while westerners born with big wide body form that make those westerners look like giants.
- Youthful/teenage appearance while westerners aged too fast that make those westerners look like old nannies and old pappies on their 2nd puberty when those westerners cosplaying Anime characters.

In other words, there is no and will never no westerners who born looking like Asians or there is no westerners who born looking like Kipi, Arisa, Mei Wai, Hiragi or other Asian cosplayers such as this who succeed cosplaying Anime, Manga and other Asian characters :
