Some time back I looked for rpgs for snes and I looked so much (since I like rpgs) I found lots and I think that making a list would be very helpful for some people so anyone who wants to add just write an rpg and I'll add it to the main post.

*Note*
Some of these RPG Snes games have different names due to it being translated to English. i have put, AKA (Also Known As) to show what its other name is but it is still the same game.

 

Final fantasy V could be added.

 

OK sombody must have a mistake here, 1 is V and 2 is IV? dosent make any sense im changing 2 and 3 for V and IV

 

secret of mana,god knows how many hours that game took away from my youth

 

already in there dude.
and for the V and IV : then why 1black1 say 2 n' 3 insted of V n' IV?

 

Final Fantasy 2 and 3 are RPGs and they are on Super Nintendo Thats why i said them

 

so theres 4 final fantasys? 2 3 4 5?

 

Final Fantasy 1-3 were originally on the NES, then 4-6 on the SNES and 7-9 on PSX then 10 and 12 on the PS2.
The confusing thing was that they labeled Final Fantasy IV as FFII instead and they labeled VI as III when they were released in the US.

I'm assuming Strategy RPGs are included for this list too I take it?

I'll try to remember any other ones I've played.

 

You guys should add Dragon Quest I+II. (1 and 2 for people who dont know ) Thank you for knowing Dragon Quest V and VI! (5 and 6)

I'm making kinda a listing website (project) thats list any 2d rpg for any console (except computers) will it be ok to use this one for the snes section?

my actual question is if i can make the project and post the address because i opened this thread it seems fair to use the content of it in other ways...

 

Final Fantasy IV, V, IV are on SNES. VI was released as III in the US.

 

And IV was released as II in the US.
This has already been established, I think.

 

Oh right, too many posts about FF in the first page, too confusing.

 

FF isn't as good as it use to be...

 

The Hell? Lor Of The Rings isnt for Snes. were did you get this info?

 

There is a Lord of the Rings game for the SNES, but I'd recommend against playing it. Such a horrible game.
