    It appears in all the games that i download.

    Step 1: Calm down and breathe.
    Step 2: Think, is general really the best place to put this? (Hint: it's not)
    Step 3: See the section "Technical Help" and think "Oh, that sounds like my section"
    Step 4: See the sticky thread at the very top called "Common Issues" and think "Oh, my issue might be in there"
    Step 5: Enter the "Common Issues" thread.
    Step 6: Enjoy your game after fixing the issue as specified in the thread.
