Check out Capcom's Official Ryuusei 3 Website, The UnderSquare's know about's Ryuusei 3. As all you know Noise is an EM entity that interferes electronic devices and even corrupt EM Bodies. And the source, Meteor G, is coming towards Earth. A new transformation for Rockman is the Noise Change, that can randomly change into 5 forms based on the FM Seijins from Taurus Fire, Libra Balance, Cygnus Wing, Ophiuca, and Gemini Thunder. Don't if there are any other forms besides the first 5. Well this game will be a bit interesting for those who played Battle Network 4. New features would be the Card Selection Screen that will float around the whole screen and the Noise Gauge that will verify the percentage of Noise. Ryuusei 3 will be the best game for all Rockman Fans.
I forgot to mention that most BN Players noticed a Gregar/Gospel Beast inside Meteor G. Too Bad that wasn't Duo.
