    Just when things are getting better for them, the Famous Dancing Inmates of Cebu Provincial Detention and Rehabilitation Center (CPDRC) are no longer allowed to perform for both online (via Youtube) & in public. That is until anomalies as to where the donations & gifts of their fans were being channeled through are clarified.
