Cahos Rahne Veloza The Fart Awakens

I just noticed that the "Insert Quote" button used to quote previous posters while you type your reply to a thread isn't working properly. When I click on it to quote somebody the page just refreshes & the quoted text does not appear on the text entry window. The other quote button, the one you click at when you're reading replies to a thread is working though. So as a work around I currently "copy" the body of the text I've typed then I click on the back button on my browser (FireFox) to go back to the thread itself. Then I click on the Quote button there & just paste the text on the reply page that comes up. I just hope I'm not the only one experiencing this at the moment though.

    EDIT - Addendum:

The preview button too is lagging something as simple as my edit to this post is not loading properly.

There are plenty of more problems...

When you post, you get a screen with
    Code:
    ?>
And the buttons (Home, Help, Search, Profile, etc.) seem to be stacked when posting a reply/sending a PM.

Posting also takes a long time.

And no, you are not the only one...

You can't "quickly" modify a post either...

OK, now normal-ass quoting (viewing a thread and clicking "Quote") has stopped working for me.

I just used the quick quote, it wouldn't load at all so I just copied and pasted what i wanted to quote and used forum code...minus poster's name (I only want a "quick" quote after all :( )

Works for me.....maybe because I don't use Quick Reply?
And the stack issue is solved also...but that can be Opera.

But insert quote still doesn't work...

It was a corrupted cache file by the forum. I cleared the cache and it worked again. (Sometimes I wonder why I haven't changed away from SMF yet)

Maybe because phpBB and all that other stuff is crap?

And "Insert Quote" still doesn't work...say, why don't you clear the whole websites cache?

Hey Yoshiflip how can you quote?
When I do normal reply and try to quote it still doesn't work.

And I click the "Quote" button on your posts.

I press Quote using normal reply and Quote using quick reply and none of them work.

Please stop giving suggestions on how to fix things, clearing the whole websites cache would do *nothing* the forum and site is completely separated except for using the same member info.

The reason it stopped working was because the cache got corrupted again, I do not yet know the source of the problem that corrupts the cache but I shall attempt to find out.

I use the WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) editor.
