The dreaded UHARC

First time i've even come across this so I have no idea what i'm up against. Downloaded Panzer Dragoon Saga disc one , started the exe file and it only extracts to 5% then just gives up. Same applies on a few others i've downloaded using this extract method.

Any thoughts?

 

I've got this before, when I first registered with RomUlation last year, I downloaded Chrono Cross, got this UHARC thing, but I actually didn't have a problem. I wanted to play it as soon as possible, and I was using IE at the time (not on purpose) and I just clicked Run instead of Save. So then I went to download it again, but saved it, and then it extracted all the image files in the same directory as the executable file. I'd say download it again, which should work.

I'm brand new to this and couldn't work out how to start a new thread so I had to jump in on this . sorry to intrude.
Basically I downloaded the panzer dragoon sag .exe files and I ave no idea whatsoever on how to use them. I have downloaded a saturn emu called Satourne. Apart from that I'm absolutely cluless. Could someone give me a step by step guide on how to use these files and emulation.

HI again,
the exe of disc 1 has extracted to to files - a .bin. and a .cue . what do I do with them?
I have the satourne emu but i dont know which option allows me to open files on it. is there a emu you would reckomend? also, do i need all the four disc to play the game at all or will the first disc/ file work alone?
