I just tested it. So it's working. Not sure what's going on at your end. Could be the browser failing to refresh maybe. Maybe try log out, close browser, then try again. Once you press (+), you should see; Choose the parameter under the filter that you want to find, then press the APPLY button below the SORT BY. Maybe try not touching the parameters below the SORT BY if you want to find through FILTER.

That's strange. If you don't mind, please wait until Seph or Loonylion (the admins) comes around. Maybe they can help you better. Cause on my end it's working fine even if I toggle the SORT BY and FILTER then press APPLY, so it's hard for me to know why it had failed on your end. By the way, temporarily, why not use the SEARCH function instead. Also have you tried clearing your browser cache via INTERNET OPTIONS' History?

I tried so strangely and it worked, but I also found different regions including Europe, according to the ROM should be MULTI 5, but they are not. For the moment, it's okay. Thank you anyway
They are MULTi5 releases. The other languages will just not appear in the game (as in, they aren't selectable). You need to change emulator/flashcard firmware settings to access the other languages.
Yeah, those labeled as E or U, in some cases are actually Multi2/Multi3/Multi4/Multi5/Multi6/Multi7 rom. By default the emulator runs it's English text, even though other language text might exist in it. If you want to change the default language, then make sure to change the preferred language in the settings (emulator/console).

There's nothing to really indicate this is an error on our end, what I think happened is that the javascript that handles this interface feature on the user-end didn't transfer fully and got cached as a partial file. The way to fix this would be to do a total refresh (ctrl + F5) instead of just normally browsing the site.
