Maybe, its true that removing a current president is in the power of the Congress, not the court, even if its the SUPREME Court.

Um, i dont know the process in the USofA but here in the Philippines, we have the COMELEC, Commision of Election. If the comelec allowed you to run, then by the powers of hell, you will run for the said office. If you have problems with his credibilty during his term, go to the Office of the Ombudsman and file a complaint. But because his birth right is in question, its the job of the comelec to find evidences, not the court.

Hm, if ever that Obama was proven not qualified now, but has already won office, Joe Biden will become president, right? Or will Mccain rise up from the grave and do something?

 

The Vice President would likely take office if the President could no longer serve, even if it's for reasons other than Death.
