The application failed to initialize properly (oxc0000135)

    I'm tryin to mod my 360 gamertag but whenever i tried to open Modio or Ez GT 2.1 or USB XTAF EXPLOERE i get this message "The application failed to initialize properly (oxc0000135) Click on ok to terminate the applicatation"

    Can anyone please help me.. T_T I really wanted my gamertag modded..

    You need to install Microsoft's .NET Framework (pretty sure that's the issue).
