if possible add thanks button for hiding ling or etc when thanks button clicked link will be revealed
annoy maybe yes if it cannot auto generate or need refresh to generate the hidden link but with it all uploader can hide their link from search engine and make less spam on thread only for saying thanks and can count how many user that already download from that link
The share section is already limited to non-guests, meaning search engines cannot see the content there. I might add a thank you button, but it would not be required to use it to see the links, would just be something people could do to be nice.
I see no reason to block the links we make. A thanks meter (like on some sites), would be really nice.
I don't really think it's fair to take a game someone developed and hosting it freely available on a site dedicated to what is essentially piracy - and then go and claim other people shouldn't post the link to the file you uploaded. Either you share or you don't, if you need some kind of personal glory where everyone has to go through your post to get to what you upload then you'll be chasing people for the rest of your life, it's simply not possible to restrict something like that.
I'm also active on another forum and they disabled it because some people made double accounts and liked all the posts of their main account.
not a good idea. besides. i dont upload roms for the glory. i do it just because i like it. if people want to download the games i upload, thats fine. but i dont feel the need for attention with a thanks button.
