Tetris Party Deluxe DS AP

This game has AP D=
It doesnt work on my Ez flash V plus the problem is when you start a game on marathon it will give you a tutorial after the tutorial the screen will turn black and then game stays black forever.

Edit:The save restarts everytime.

Edit:If you choose a mode and dont want to read the game rules you can play as many rounds of tetris until you quit and you get a black screen.

Edit:Works on Ez flash V plus if you use suxxors patch or something.

Cannot save on AKAIO 1.6 RC2. Tested all DMA modes and after starting the game, you NEED to choose AVATAR again and again after next start of the game...

It may not be AP, but rather a newer save file or something like Dementium II.

Did anyone try an arm7 patch just in case?
Though it will probably do no good at all.

Using Wood v1.07 with an original R4.

Started the game, fine.
Went to marathon mode, skipped the tutorial since it is pretty obvious, got to the actual game, fine.
Played through the game, lost, black screened when I selected quit.

So, you technically can play the game. You just have to start over every time.

The AP makes it so as soon as the game needs to load another screen, it freezes. It isn't so much that it can't save, it is more along the lines that it doesn't get the chance to. The menus can be navigated without any issue, it is purely the actual game and any tutorials related to it.

 

Used Acekard 2i with firmware AKAIO 1.6 RC2.

It froze on my Akaio 1.6 RC2 after about 10 minutes.

Tetris Party Deluxe DS AP Fix

I found a fix (for practically every cart). It's here.
I haven't confirmed if it works though.

Use the 'Clean Rom' fix for the Romulation ROM.

 

^doesn't work for TTDS 1.17a12 with YSMenu. It appears to be the SUXXORS patch re-released by someone else.

 

According to the readme, it's supposed to be a 'beta' patch that removes the SUXXORS intro. It also mentions that the creator wasn't able to test it, because both the original SUXXORS rom and his patched rom won't work on his emulator.

EDIT: The patch doesn't work, although the SUXXORS ROM works fine (excluding the fugly intro).
