I've played every Tekken game ever made & owned every one at some time or another(except Tekken Hybrid). Only played 1 Soul Caliber game (III) but it was pretty cool. I still think Tekken is better. It has such a smooth fighting system and i've learned ALL the moves with ALL the characters. Now when people still played Tekken 6 online I had a dead even record, but only because I actually tried doing all the fancy shmancy stuff, whereas other people did the same move over & over & over & over cuz all they cared about was winning the match. If i did that i'd have probly only lost a few fights cuz Steve Fox will destroy you with his downward punch on top of dee head & uppercut followup over & over &......you get it. Anyway what's everyone else's opinion?
I think Tekken is better. I only played two of 'em forget which ones though and soul calibur 4. I don't why tekken is more fun. But I don't like fighting games that much anyway.
Never really got into Tekken. I thought Soul Calibur II was pretty good, but I liked Soul Edge (Blade) better. They shouldn't have replaced Li Long and Hwang with Maxi and Yunsung, imo. Haven't played III or IV.
I'm biased, sort of. I played Tekken 1 a long time ago. And I've played SC2 on the GC when it came out when I was new to games. I tried out SCIV when it came out and omg boobies. I preferred SC2, which is the best SC according to most, but I have never played Tekken Tag Tournament which is the best Tekken game according to the internet. But SC2.
suol calibur all the way tekken is ok but the players u use are slow and not fast like they were on tekken 3
I think the weapon variety, music, incredibly done characters, lush backgrounds, and jaw-dropping physics of Soul Calibur IV are more than balanced out by MARSHALL LAW.
