Technical Question

Somebody said that downloading NDS roms was technically illegal. Like it's MY fault what's on the web for downloading?! I certainly didn't put it there.

Well generally when somebody says I they usually mean themselves.

I think he means it shouldn't be illegal to download roms since he didn't put them online, he only took what someone else did.

 

But in the name of law, he is still doing a crime and will be jailed if caught

 

Yeah since i'm sure they are gonna rush out and arrest him for downloading a DS game

 

While what someone puts on a website is not "your fault" it is "your fault" if you go ahead and illegally download it.

So yes, downloading roms is illegal.

 

And how was that a technical question? :

Anyways. Even downloading games you already own is illegal now.

 

Yeah, this thread is pointless and sound like the other useless thread ranting about where are the NDS roms ;D
