Team buddies freezeing during loading

hi, i am trying to run team buddies on epsxe 1.7, i get past the intro and up to the part where it says its loading. It gets to about 15-20% complete when i just get a blank screen, as far as i know i got the right plugins. i downloaded team buddies from this website.

 

try 1.6 or 1.5.2 and see if that works.

or try messing with the plugins.
change one thing at a time and see if there is any improvement.

 

What are your plugins?

 

im using pete's opengl 2 and the ones epsxe comes with. i also tried runnign it with v1.52 and v1.60 and they both run way to fast.

 

you can limit the framerate to 60.

 

alright ive done that, and now it loads all the way and just stops. It might hacve been doing that before but i didnt let it get taht far when running it on 1.52 and 1.6

 

Use plugins other than the ones that come with the emulator. Look on the official Forums for more info.
