I've been playing Digimon World Dawn for a while (30 hours) and my Tamer Rank hasn't increased at all. I just defeated GranDracmon of the Kowloon Co., but I'm still scanning only 1% on Ultimates! Is there something wrong with my ROM, or is that normal for this game?
I solved it! Using this walkthrough ( http://www.gamefaqs.com/portable/ds/file/937345/50341 ) I read that you just enter an exam in the battle island from the start of the game.
finish the game, become a platinum tamer, and go on wifi and match digimons/battle with someone at least once. Once you've done all that, the quest will open to you.
