Tales of VS. 5.55 workaround

    I got Tales of VS .cso (Play-asia doesn't ship to where I live) and it won't run. So I traced the problem back to the fact that I need to spoof my firmware version which I'm not bothered to do, is there any other workaround availible. I want to play it so badly! Any ideas?
