Tales of Hearts Translation??????????? meh

well, i google it and i'm curious, IS TALES OF HEARTS GOING TO BE TRANSLATED OR NOT?! some websites and forums say yes, no, maybe. So, guys, which is true?! yes or no?

That's quite impossible.
A group will probably translate it.....maybe.

i didn't put team since i was worried that someone might misread and think i meant a game company type team

 

A single person could but that might take ages.


I think the company MIGHT do it if there is no licencing restrictions and or sales meet the mark in japan.

Apparantly they don't like translating their 2D tales of games for some reason.

I heard that Hearts is hell hard to translate

A lot of phrases and expressions are related to the character names and the their culture. Some words if traduced won't gonna make sense in the same phrase.

 

All the character's names are related to stones XD

 

Personally, for me a name is a name. There isn't any need to change then.

 

As long as I can understand the main story, I can finish it ;D

I had posted this on our old forums, here it is again. Only this time, it's obvious what project it is for.
We have a major announcement coming up soon. A lot of people will be happy, a few probably won't be. Regardless, it is something that the entire ToH team agreed on, so whatever it is that we are announcing will be happening. What is it? Well, you'll just have to wait and find out!

Except for Skits and Story (One is 10%,I don't remember which)
And I hope its not bad news.
I love playing it in Japanese and I really want to play it in English.

 

woah! you played it in japanesse?! COOL! so you can understand that language, i really want to learn japanesse, but i've got no time to take japanesse course

I played it japanese but I only understand a little. (I've never study japanese before XD)
I do understand kanji so it helped a little.
Too bad I never beat the game.

 

hmmm is the game difficult? i'm so waiting for this to come out!

 

Nah, it's pretty easy, just walk around until cutscenes happen.
