tales of hearts problem

    im playing the tales of hearts game, and im having a nasty issue, whenever i save and go out of the save screen, the game deltes my data, so i cannot advance due that every time i turn off my DS i must start from scratch how do i fix this? also as a side note in playing a clean rom.

    playing it on the N5 with the firmware 1.31 trough Ysmenu.
