I suggested this a while go on a topic in the 'Rom Request' board but I thought I'd post it. If it is possible, maybe to add a sub-section to the 'Downloads' tab on the main site. What I mean is like this: Nintendo Sega Sony Microsoft (In the event of an XBox...) Search Then, when you click on that publisher to pop up with the systems available. So for Nintendo... Gameboy Advance Nintendo DS Nintendo 64 GameCube SNES This would enable a less packed bar (as my other laptop is small and the things are all over the place (I'll add a pic later) It would also help people to know what publisher made what system and... to be able to add more systems in the future without packing the download bar. Another suggestion. NFO and Boxarts. It is possible to add them in a box like 'Boxart' and 'NFO' under the screenshots. So... 1 2 3 4 Add one Boxart NFO You might get annoyed from these, but I'm just trying to make the site better for us.
As I said in the ROM request, I'm already going to do this when I need to add another system, but not until then. Not going to happen, I don't feel like this would help enough for the amount of work it requires.
Ok. But it might help to unclog the download bar. I will add a picture of what it looks like for me. As in code or uploading? You could make it like screenshots. People upload the NFO's and Boxarts, mods approve them and when approved, points? By the way, are screenshots working? I see none on the site and I submitted some a few weeks ago...
