Switching Discs (spef. MGS: Twin Snakes)

Hi, I'm new to roms and I'm not very tech-savvy. When it calls for the insertion of disc 2 at the end of disc 1, how does one perform this?

 

Are you using emulators ?
You just need to change the disc if it were a real console.

Usually an emulator have some feature for Disk-changing.

 

I'm using Dolphin. Any specific plug-in needed or does it already have a feature?

Does the game sav just before the switch disc part?

If it saves then just quit out and load the second disc.
