Surfing romulation while downloading

    Umm not sure if everybody gets this problem, but it seems that when you are downloading from romulation.net, you can't surf on the site for the duration of the downlaod. Is this on purpose or is it just my crummy PC?

    Indeed it is, must be the server settings, I'll have the server admin look into it.
