super weird audio problem

alright, i got Resident evil 3 and dino crisis 2, this is wat happens:
every time a character speaks (thats not in cutscene) instead of hearing the voice all i hear is a VERY loud static-like distorted noise,, its very annoying cuze i miss out on instructions, what can be causing this problem? i am using psx 1.6 everything else sounds and works fine, thx

ooo and something else in dino crisis 2 every time i aim the retarded character throws arround, this makes the game unplayable, im using a sixaxis (ps3) controller to play these games but i dont really know wats causing this problem (only in dino crisis 2) plx help

Try using different sound plugins and settings.

Or upgrade to ePSXe.
