Super Smash Bros Brawl: NTSC-U Hands On

According to this guy Rei the SSBB US original out of case game will not run on a Wiikeyed Wii.

I really hope this is not true since I planned on supporting this game by buying it.
Maybe wiikey team will release an update but so far seems there is no luck. :'(

Yeah yeah whatever, anyway I found someone else with the same setup that is able to play it just fine.

Wiikeyed US NTSC Wii and the US version of SSBB so not all is lost.

 

ya it's true wiikey can't support dual layer games hope my d2ckey holds out.

 

I didn't like my wii Mod, my dad forced me into getting it modded...to save "Money"

Sounds like a cool dad to me.

I read in a couple places that the wiikey team is working on it since people have been paying them to do so.
Could be rumors but it was an odd coincidence, who knows.

If the drive in the Wii can play there should be no reason that the wiikey can't be programmed to bypass this protection, in my opinion.

 

My dad isn't a gamer though how I wish he was......

I've heard that it only affects Wiikey, and not other piraated keys ;D what a relief

 

Well I'm pretty sure the original game still might not work until there is a wiikey update.

Not sure why my backup works in that case but I'm very happy with it. ;D
