that's a gal cuz it's prof. marion. after talking to her she will eventually do something on that computer thingy. after that you must go back to a room or some part of the ship(forgot where that is but for sure it was on the right side) that has same computer thingy. that one actually is the one marion unlocked after talking to her. press A once you found that and will then unlocked a door for you to proceed.
