Super Mario All-Stars on Snes9X v1.43--screen scrambled

So, I got SM All-Stars, extracted it with 7-zip, put the newly extracted data in a new zip folder identical to the ones all the other games are in, and finally got it to run (previous attempts with files from other sites always resulted in black screens).

Seems to be going fine, until I get to the game select screen. It's completely scrambled. Actually selecting a game causes a black screen.

Is it the file, the way I extracted it, or something completely over my head?

 

Try getting Snes9X v1.51 and if that doesn't work, try redownloading the file. It may have gotten corrupt during download. And the file must be in .smc extension.
