Super Easy Way to get games working on an R4.

Ok, so yea, we've all seen the problem: "The Save Cannot Be Accessed Please Power Of And Reinsert DS Card" So after a good hour of searching for something that might help, boom, found something very very nice. It's very simple and reletivly quick. First off, you should go to the following link.

Yes it's for the Hulk, bear with me. I downloaded that Max Overload patch kit and went through what the guy says to, basically it's just load up the Rom you want to fix, unpack it, drag and drop the arm7.bat into the folder that pops up, repack the ds file, open up Max Overload, open the new patched .nds file, I would try to make it stand out so you don't choose the wrong file, then it will go through some stuff, and then boom, it patched, two files will be on your desktop, if you saved the file there, and those will be the .nds itself, and the .pat file, you only need the .nds, and you should have it able to work. The link goes much more in depth than I did, so please, follow that, and Enjoy the game.

Is it possible to do this patch on a mac? If not, can someone upload the patched ROM to rapidshare or something?

Ask and ye shall receive my friends. ^^ I'm tossing up the .rar file I made with the patched game, right from my R4 to rapidshare and megaupload. They're taking their sweet time, but they'll be up in an hour, if not less. Keep a watch out, cause when they're done I'll edit the first post of the topic with the links.

well actually, this patching method can also be used for incredible hulk, am i correct? is so, then that means that this could just be how to patch ds games that dont work instead of sonic chronicles alone... this is a good topic

Though he does have a point, it could just simply be adjusted to fit all games that have this problem.

ok so it took me a little longer to understand what to do and, and a few tries, but i got there in the end, and i was rather surprised when the game actually worked, was rather pleased with myself, purely because i actually followed something and it worked as it should of. but OMG i think that the tech people are brill, great, unbelievable, don't think i can get any more into there with being called a kiss ass, maybe just a few more, but i wont. but great thanks cheers it works, ;D ;D ;D
