Hell all. Been here a little while now, but never took an active part in the forum -- I'm not completely sure why, but you know, I thought I would start to post here as it seems pretty laid back, and quite frankly, the enforced rule of speaking proper English made me smile quite happily. Nothing I like to see more, than the exchange of words without unironic[sic] text speak.

Well, a little about me, I suppose.

I am and 20 year old male, residing in Greater London, England. I recently graduated and am in the process of joining the Royal Navy. My main interests are music, games (mainly PC, but obviously being here I like others), reading, drawing and design. My real name is Paddy, I am rather uninteresting, if you didn't already get that notion from the rather drawn out post.

Anyways... I guess I will speak to some of you more in the forums. Ciaó.

I normally hang around the technical help section...but people know me better in the spam section, where just about anything goes (we use it as an alternitive to the irc).


I do hope you enjoy your time with us..and forgive any grammer/spalling errors ;D

(on my part-I also enjoy the proper english rules mostly because I can't understand chat speech-I especially hate txt mesages )

I also tried to connect to the IRC not to long ago, with no avail. It apparently hates me. Which is fine.

 

...That is one of the common mistake I do, not intentional I swear XD

I saw, what cliet are are you using?

I use chatzilla via firefox, it works fine for me...

 

mIRC. It has worked in the past on other servers, but, alas, hates this one! I may try another, just to see if it is mIRC.

Also another warning..excuse my paragraph structure, I have an awful habit of posting how I am now, I post so I understand it...at the expence of post size...that and the dots as I type as I think...the dots are my pauses before I type XD

Yeah, read it fine, entered it fine. I tried web based Mibbit, and now it works. Guess I won't bother with mIRC.

Also, as long as it's readable, it shouldn't matter, neh? :3
