    Rugby isn't a drug, it's a "resin-like adhesive usually used by shoe repairers to make the soles of shoes adhere well, before they sew them up. Problem is the odor it gives of sees to be addictive to some, personally speaking the thing makes me feel sick, who the hell discovered it to be addicting anyway?? Suck a big dregg if you ask me!!!
