Im grimsim. New to the forums here. I have been involved in the rom scene for years, more specifically concentrating on the game boy advance aspects of it. For years I was a member of a forum for a certain GBA site that unfortunately is no longer in operation. I then did not have internet for some time and only recently had it restarted. So now I am hoping to get back into the gaming social community and this site would be a great place to meet new people and get involved. I really appreciate Romulation and the features of the site. So thank you for that.

I am hoping to be able to contribute by adding reviews as I love writing and believe that my reviews could hopefully help some people decide on a game to purchase or perhaps just enjoy what I have to say about a particular game. I have been a huge fan of gaming but these days with studies and a pretty busy social life do not get time to pursue this hobby. I also love music and that is my other passion. I'm a huge metalhead and am also actively involved in the local scene relating to heavy metal in my town.

Anyways back to gaming. I love mostly RPG (Console style JRPG's mostly) and action or adventure games. I mostly play games on my game boy advance, ps2 or pc! I am still trying to organise myself a DS but I need a Jackson guitar first so don't know when that will come hahaha. At least there is emulators but that is no substitute for a real DS.

Anyways thats a short (and pretty lame) introduction about me. Hopefully I can become actively involved here and am looking forward to writing some reviews for the site.

yeah l33t speak and SMS or chat-speak isn't allowed here (such as ppl or w/e) (but lol and lmao are acceptable)

I think it's because there are people who don't really speak english and they have to pop it in a translator and of course, the shorthand doesn't translate properly.

if you are going to review games, please take a look at 9NineBreaker9's reviews and try to model your review after his.
read the review rules and learn how to use the format.
be sure that the review has some substance (2 pages in MS word is usually pretty good)
also, don't forget to include pictures.
