Summon Night X - Tears Crown (J) - Loading probelm~

I'm using a R4i Gold [ on my DSI, firmware 1.4 - works perfectly fine with every other game ] Also, i'm quite sure that it has the latest update on the R4i gold, since i've purchased it last week.

When i play the game n save, it saves and everything but when i quit the game and click on " Load game" [ I understand japanese - not perfectly, but i can understand it ] It shows me my save, how much time i played etc but when i click on it it just errases the save! the only option i have is to restart everything! [ I tried this 3 times, i even played 1hour every time for the first two times and still, it kept errasing everyting ]

I would appreciate it if you could help me.

Are you sure you are clicking load and not erase? I don't know.

 

There's no erase button o_o"
I click " LOAD GAME" then i choose the save, then it erases it. o-o
