Summon Night - Twin Age file corrupt?

    So I downloaded this rom and everything was going good, but when I extracted it to my folder when it reached 99% WinRar said the file is corrupt. Any Help?

    I Re downloaded twice already, should I just keep doing it until it works? Could it be something thats affecting it?

    edite: make that 3 times :'(
