Suikoden Tierkreis Window Quest!

I'm new to this suikoden game and i want to know where the windows are.

 

I don't think there are Windows Quest, although there is a character that allow you to change the Windows.

 

there is a window quest to gain the character tongathi i'm quite certain about it

 

So are you in the process of getting Tongathi or you're looking for another Window ?

You need to fail his quest twice before you can get him.

In another word, you will not get a window.
