suikoden ll freezes as the game starts

    when i load the rom, as it starts after the konami sign as the music starts playing the rom will freeze i have download multi diffirent roms and they all do the same thing any help?

    Its not the ROMs fault. Its the emulator thats giving you the black screen. Refer a Video Tutorial or something to properly configure the emulator.

    that doesn't mean anything. Settings can and do vary between games

    You might want to try a different version of you emulator, even if it is an older one. Sometimes games wont work on a new version of an emulator. I played the game on ePSXe 1.8.0. and didnt have any trouble. Also Konami has a Nasty AP that some games wont work on emulation. You might have to find and patch an AP fix to it.
