look at that guys i think i should report this cause i know the romulation has download limit cap and to help me found out why is it so
this is how firefox works. Basically when you click a download link it starts downloading, asks you whether you want to save or open, you make your choice, its downloading already, it might ask you where to save, so you browse, its already downloading, so when the download box comes up you get a massive speed burst while the progress bar catches up with where the download actually is.
