Stuck what do i do?

Ok i will download my game which is pokemon soul silver and when i try to extract it to a folder it says:winRAR:diagnostic message
1.cannot open c:\user\vista 2\appdata\local\microsoft\windows\temporary internet files\low\content.IE5\ansdw3l4\4749-pokemon soulsilver (u)(xenophobia)[1].rar
2.the system cannot find the file specified
3.c:\user\vista 2\appdata\local\microsoft\windows\temporary internet files\low\content.IE5\ansdw3l4\4749-pokemon soulsilver (u)(xenophobia)[1].rar: no files to extract

and it wont send it to the file

try 7-Zip.

 

This usually appears when you choose the "Open" option in Internet Explorer rather than "Save". It is putting the file into the Temporary Files folder and must be deleting it before it actually opens it (Don't ask me why, I'm not a programmer, but it seems to happen).

Choose "Save" and pick a location easy to find, like your Desktop. Then once the download is finished you can go to your Desktop and open the file.

 

Actually, you can actually "Open" using Firefox and not having this problem. Or you need to clean you temporary files folder.

 

7zip does the same thing as winrar try that one it will probably work
