I'm stuck on the second murder case, where Charles Smith was killed. I've got all the clues, except for the radio one, and frankly, I'm not sure what to do. Firstly, I'm not sure if this is a glitch with my game or if it's something I'm not doing right. I know that I'm supposed to switch the radio signal thing to 67.4, but for some reason, every time I adjust the radio signal and go lower than 33.3 or higher than 44.4, I get weird Japanese voices :-\ Any suggestions on what to do? Any help given is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

you need to leave the garage first because you cant get a signal - then use your phone to call the radio station - you need to visit his daughter for her to tell you the name of the song
I can't talk to the daughter about anything. She just asks if J will catch the killer anytime soon, when he walks in, and that's it.

Let see, Get out of the car, notice the sign on the roof of the cab(past), click it. After that, get back into the car, tune the radio again. Make sure you press the UP button on the radio, and keep pressing it until the frequency past 67.4. then you only need to press the DOWN button once to get the frequency to 67.4.
I tried it, and I still can't get past 44.4 or lower than 33.3. Is there a special way to 'notice' the sign? Examining it gets me 'the FBI car I came in is plain and boring. The car in the past had a billboard sign advertising a radio station on it.'. I've already tried getting a vision on it, and so on.
