Street Fighter Alpha 3 for Dreamcast

I downloaded the game to fin out that it was BIN & CUE files.

I have no problem with this, as I use BIN2BOOT to turn them into CDI format. The thing is that on this particular game, it refuses to work. I even redownloaded both the game & BIN2BOOT (in two different formats actually GUI & Normal).

Anybody have an idea of how to get it to work?

An emulator, but from what I can tell, that information is irrelevant.
The file itself will not convert to CDI format. I have tried everything imaginable. It just refuses to convert. The black box pops up on BIN2BOOT GUI & just disappears immediately. My assumption is that the file might be corrupt. I have no clue... if you can tell me how to get it to work though, I would be greatly appreciative.

 

I just wanted to know if you were using an emulator. Since you are, you could look into using a virtual drive software like Daemon Tools to mount the disc to a drive, and try to run it with NullDC (I'm pretty sure there are CD plugins for it, others say they have used it).

you can also use ImgBurn to burn the files on a CD and boot the game from the CD
