Sticky Topics on the top of every page?

Is there an addon that will let forums keep the sticky topics on the top of every forum page? Like if you go to page 2, it still lists the few sticky topics ontop?

And maybe one that lets you enable it so that the first post of a topic is kept at the top of the page of every page in that topic? So in the Anti-Piracy topics, the option could be enabled and the first page with all the info, links, etc will be displayed on the top of every page, making it more visible to users who click on the last page and don't see the first post info?

 

I think that it will be a good idea.
Hopefully it can reduce the amount of useless topics.

I realized this was posted in the Site Support a little too late. Suggestions used to be so close to the Site Support forum, but ever since the forum layout changed, I keep forgetting where the Suggestions forum is.
