I was wondering if anyone has played this game, if so, is it any good? Or worth spending $30 US on it? Keep in mind, it has the added content in it as well.

    Thanks :)

If you're a Star Wars fan, yeah, it's good. It has a good story line and the alternate versions of the movies are good, despite them not being cannon.

Otherwise, the gameplay is mediocre and the graphics are dated.

It's a better purchase than the standard if your wanting to play all the extra content. I had a blast with it but nothing to get over excited about either, but for a star wars game it is very good.

Well seeing as how you're getting it for one of the big consoles and NOT the Wii, then I'd say it is worth the purchase, with or without the added content. The gameplay is rather repetitive but like everyone else has said, this is one of the better Star Wars games.

The graphics are somewhat dated, and on the Wii, it is seriously like playing a PS2 game, like most Wii games look anyway.

Maybe I'll wait a little and see if it goes on sale

Collector's/Added Content Editions never go on sale because they're always out of stock. I tried getting Need for Speed Carbon Collector's Edition with the then new Camaro SS in it and it was GONE. The only Collector's Edition I was able to get Used was FFXII, which had a DVD of extras that didn't add anything to gameplay. Waste of $40...

The game was alright. But yeah, Boss fights we're all pretty straight forward, most of which were mere Quick Time Events, and then while using force grab and tossing shit about was crazy fun, it was a pain to grab what you wanted sometimes. Actually, Telekinesis in Psi-Ops worked about the same as the force in The Force Unleashed, except better because instead of it randomly locking on to whatever was sorta near the center of your screen, you just aimed and pushed L. That game was fun.

I'm getting it through Steam, and they have great sales, last week, all Sega games on sale, so SW:TFU:USE should go on sale if there is a Lucas Arts sale
