Ssving in Pokemon Games

    I don't know why, but whenever I save my game in a Pokemon game I play, I receive a "Save failed" or "Please exchange backup memory" messages after attempting the save in-game. Is there a solution to this? :(

    By the way, I'm using VisualBoyAdvance (emulator) version 1.7.2

    I never used GBA emulators much, so if I couldn't help I'm sorry. Are you saving in game? Try using save states.

    Try changing the save type and reset each time. If that doesn't work, you may want to look at https://www.romulation.org/forum/index.php/topic,6326.0.html

    I just tried this and it doesn't work, for those who are using this.
    I'll try this out. If it works, I'll edit this.

    Save states never failed on me. Try using them.
