    It's a Sega Saturn emulator.

  5. Nothing wrong with it, when the (SSF????????) message appears, just press ok, it should work, if doesn´t, then i guess i´m no help lol.

So you load the bios and the box pops up saying SSF?? ??. Those question marks are just because of japanese characters your system can't display.

What exactly is the problem? Have you tried loading any games yet? The BIOS isn't a game, so setting the BIOS location in the emulator won't do anything.

    Edit:
Downloaded SSF 0.10 Alpha R3 (Latest on SSF's website).
Got a copy of the US Saturn BIOS.
Set the options and pointed to the BIOS file.

System booted to a Saturn "Dashboard" asking me to set time/date, then to a system screen waiting for me to do something.

Ya, that probably means something along the lines of "restart the emulator" since you changed settings. But since your computer can't display the characters, it shows up as ?? ?? ??

  13. Then i was right from the beggining, it is supposed to do that, just press the ok button on the window whcich says SSF?????, then select the region code accordingly, then press ok, then go to daemon tool and mount your ROM, and close the tray on the emulator.

If this doesn´t help, then watch this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QzxjxiAqTaM&feature=channel_page

I hope you get that thing working soon ;)

    what is daemon tool?

Daemon Tools. It creates Virtual CD/DVD Drives on your computer, and you can mount Disc Images to it, and it will treat the Disc like a Physical CD in your computer, but without ever having to burn it to an actual disc.
