SSF 0.12 beta..Missing a file?

    Was setting up SSF 0.12 beta and got " d3dx9_43.dll is missing ". Im suing Windows 7 and just wanted to know what my next step should be? DO i download the file and just place it in the same folder as my roms for the SSF emulator? or.......??? Thanks.

    Thats what i do when i need a .dll, like i needed one for Psx, so i just downloaded it and put it in the emulators folder

    Just wanted to be sure because Im seeing half the people (I Goggled) saying just download the file and put it in a folder with my games YET, other half say it might harm my computer by just downloading the file and doing that. Was on the fence with this...lol Thanks.
