Spore was just recently released yesterday in Australia, today it it heading to Europe, and on the 7th, it is coming to the US. Some of us have already found the versions put up on the internet (I love demonoid....400+seeders, 1000+peers) and are well on their way to playing it earlier than release date. The original price rom EB games is 100$, and well.. a rip off. Just head out, and buy/torrent this game. It should be well worth your money. I'm already expecting at least 8 expasions, because it's Maxis who created it. If it's any good, I'll go out and import the original version Official discussion-
my computer is too crappy to play it, so i'm first waiting for a hardware update (or maybe a completely new PC cause this one is old as hell) back to topic, the DS version was okay, but it just can't support the kind of graphics and animation that it was meant to have. i haven't bothered with the PC demo either, so i don't really know too much on it
i heard that theres an new update that fixes alot of things and guess what it works with isos versions Xd
I'm gettin spore for chrstmas! although i'll have to steal my uncles computer, because thats the only computer that anyone i know has got that can play spore. Damn expensive graphics cards...
I don't like the DS version... but the PC version is cool, though I agree, it was overhyped. I still don't think spore was as good as The Sims 2...
