Spirit Tracks-Spirit Flute

Hey, I'm having a problem with the flute. My DS lite is nearly three years old, and the microphone no longer works... So I cannot play the flute. Is there any other way to complete that part... like a code or something?

Using R4 Upgrade, official firmware, without YSmenu.

 

Give your mic a good clean... or blow into it a few times to clean it out

The problem was with kernal v1.18, is to make sure the top right side of screen is red buy pressing the R botton, not green

This will disable the soft reset

 

My hinge is kinda broken as well, but i will try cleaning it, thanks.

EDIT: Hmm, didnt work...and i tried with other games, my mic isnt working...

Your broken hinge may have cut the mic wire just buy a new mic off ebay, last time i checked it was $1.99. You don´t have to dismantle the entire DS to replace it, just the outer shell parts of both bottom and upper parts. Be extra careful with the LCDs cables as they broke easily.
